Terms of Service
Cancellation & Late Policy
In order to be able to provide the best scheduling options to all guests, 48 hour advance notice is required should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Rescheduling or canceling your reservation less than 48 hours will result in a cancelation fee equal to 50% of scheduled services. Services for guests running late will be adapted to fit the remaining reservation time. Guests more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and cancellation fees may apply.
Rescheduling Policy
We all have things come up, and we do our best to be accommodating with a 48 hour notice. If you have had to reschedule you 3 times or more, we ask that you call in for an appointment when you know you will have same day availability. A 50% deposit will be required to hold your appointment.

Refund Policy:
When you schedule an appointment with me, I want you to leave loving your hair. If you are experiencing any challenges with your hair after your appointment, please get in touch within 7 days & I will happily correct the issue. No Cash Refunds. No exceptions.

Retail Exchange Policy:
If you are not satisfied with a product purchase, come on in & we will find something better for you. Product returns at full credit are accepted if you notify me within 7 days of the original purchase. Products must be in the original package & unused.​

Photos:
I love taking pictures of your hair & as a small beauty business, I rely on these photos to help promote my work across different social media and marketing platforms. Being in agreement to allowing me to take your photo verbally consents to the use of The Loft Hair Studio, LLC posting the pictures publicly. If you are not comfortable with your face being in the picture, no worries! Just let me know. If at any time you do not want your image used, please just communicate that with me and your comfort will be respected.

Children:
As a mom myself, I love the kiddo's. This space was designed for your self care in mind. This is a space for you to come and relax, unwind and leave the everyday stresses behind for just a little while. We would also hate for your little to get hurt on sharp tools or touch dangerous chemicals. Please leave the lovebugs at home so you may enjoy your time.
