CANCELLATION & LATE POLICY

In order to be able to provide the best scheduling options to all guests, 48 hour advance notice is required should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Rescheduling or canceling your reservation less than 48 hours will result in a cancelation fee equal to 50% of scheduled services. Services for guests running late will be adapted to fit the remaining reservation time. Guests more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and cancellations fees will apply.

REDO POLICY

I strive to offer my guests complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not happy with your service, please contact me within 7 days and I will be happy to make any adjustments according to what we agreed upon. No refunds will be issued.

RETAIL RETURNS

All Retail purchases must be exchanged only within 48 hours of original purchase if they are unopened and in re-sellable condition. Used products are final sale.

CHILDREN

We love your children but due to safety concerns and limited space we kindly ask you to not bring your children to your appointment. Relax, and enjoy your special time!

GIFT CERTIFICATES
