How do I get in contact with you?
Because I want to create the best guest experience for each of you, I answer all phone calls, texts and emails in between appointments and at the end of business day. Please email me @ www.thelofthairstudionh.com
Please know messages will not be answered on weekends or holidays.

How do I prepare for my appointment?
Pre-visit curl guests:
Please come with your hair clean and conditioned as well as detangled and dry. No buns, braids, twists, scrunchies, clips, hair ties or barrettes please. No high hold or crunchy products. Your hair will be cut dry in its natural state. Failure to comply may result in additional pre-appointment fee's and or cancelation of appointments in order to accommodate other guests scheduled times.

Color Guests:
Please make sure you DO NOT have any root touch up in your hair on your
appointment day as this can prevent the color from penetrating. Having to pre-clarify before your color service will result in an additional fee.

What should I wear?
This is a judgement free zone so come comfortable and as you are, but please refrain from hoodies and turtlenecks as they interfere with the cutting process.
What is the Accessibility?
The studio is all one level but it does not have a ramp entry. There are 2 small steps from the sidewalk into the building.
Is there Parking?
Free on street parking is available and encouraged all along the South side of S State St. Please do not park next to or behind the building as this is tenant parking.
The studio is easily located close to I89, 93 and the downtown Concord area.
